Douglas graduated from Newcastle University in 1983 with a Degree in Agriculture and started his career by training in Cheshire with ADAS. He has worked in dairy management in Somerset and Wiltshire areas since 1985. Managing a team of consultants in Wells and finally becoming a senior farm consultant in Devizes. In 1998 he established his own business and has been trading successfully ever since, with a strong loyal client list and excellent working relationships with other industry professionals.
